Need help with MySQL Database....

Ok, I tried to install the rpg hack and backed up my database. But then later Skyrender told me (I'm his co-admin/webmaster) to take it out but I don't know how to upload the database before I made the changes to my vB queries. I need help fast! Plz help me :(

hmm reuploading of the backup is not needed i think.

just redo the db changes by using phpmyadmin :)

But I'd still like to know how to re-upload the back-up of Skyrender's db. So could you please tell me how to do it anyway?
