Hi i installed this shoutbox which is an addon for this hack

what my problem is when i type in the shoutbox the text i typed doesnt go away when i hit enter, and for me who is an avid mirc user this is annoying i want to be able to just type and hit enter and keep going i tried to fix this myself but im ot very good at php.
can someone tell me how to fix this
