Finally Finished it.
I went through the process of using UBB or vB.

I spent time getting the colors for the board

learning table code.

Now All I need to do is
add : hacks , diff Buttons and maybe a gradient.

but I like the look

Agreed, yucky banner.

Some of the colors clash with each other, mostly the light blues.

Also i forgot to mention it is too bright and that big black patch down the bottom looks strange :s

The black blodge is supposed to be there.
