You may be right there bud heh. I wasn't too sure though. It is a modification of a template, so maybe it does belong here. If not, someone please move it to the correct forum.

It's template-only although you unwisely gave the instructions a .php file extension.

I usually save my hacks with the php extension. I changed it to txt.
