vbhMail MyMail in vb

this is a hack i saw before in the web
it's look like MyMail plugin the vBulletin forum

you need to edit this file first "vbhmconfig.php"
before you run the installtion file "vbhmyinstall.php"

i don't know is it full version or not

but i know that this well help us to make some new maillist hack like it
