Allow users to contribute content

I have several pages on the site that descripe styles of Indian dancing. These styles change often.

Is there any cms or wiki type program that allows my vbulletin users to edit page content?

ummm, i presume that this is a page for all to see but only that user may change? like a personal user information page?
