Installation Times:
Type 1: 1-2 minutes (if your connection is real slow :p)
Type 2: 2-4 mintues

Edits Type 1:
admin/forum.php (2 edits)

Edits Type 2:
1 query
admin/forum.php (6 edits)

Info:
This hack will allow you to make an edit to all your forums from the enable/disable features area (I think the rest should be configured on an per forum base).
There are 2 installation types!
1. This is the basic install.
2. This will require an database execution but allow you to set "exception" forums that wont be affected by the global option

MAKE A BACKUP
I will not be held responsible for any damage this hack causes to your forum.

Please keep any bug reports in this thread.

Excellent idea. Might be better to have a yes no button next to it though ;)

My experience with yes no buttons on thinks that effect a lot of stuff is dangerous, its easy to make an mistake, so I prefer an textbox.
