Trying to find a hack.. Allowing Mods to Change certain Board styles and Templates

I tried searching but i might have been searching the wrong keywords.

I am trying to allow CERTAIN mods who moderate whole seperate areas of the boards to ADD/Delete forums at their will. Or to even change styles and templates when they want to. Adding new images..etc.

I thought i read about this hack somewhere... does anyone know what its called? I tried searching the Mod forum but couldnt find it.

Well, i have many different board styles on the forum. Sections if you will for different websites. I want to allow JUST the moderators or LEADERS of these site sections to add/remove forums for THERE particular board area and to be able to change styles.. no so much styles but more-so that Adding - Removing of Forums. So basically allowing Mods to Change Forums within a certain CATEGORY ONLY..possibly the same thing with TEMPLATES.. without giving the MOD or person access to delete the database... Perhaps only allowing the MOD to change IMAGES from the STYLES area... something to give these people more room to edit to their liking without risking the whole board... i hate always being asked to add this... or delete... that.. when something so minor could be done by themselves if they had access.


Could this be a new hack? Cause the other one doesnt look safe to install, since its still in BETA. :)
