Check this out:
http://www.v-driveboat.com/

It's got a new look and a whole lot of new features. The site is still under construction, but I have a lot of it done. Let me know what you all think.

Is that your own custom portal?

The nabar is the only thing that i really don't like. Using stroke on pixel fonts. Your big fonts are barely visible as they're a darker color of the original bg color..

The forums, calendar, gallery bit of the nav - well the font is all fuzzy

- i'm not too keen on the mix of different color blue gradients
- i don't like your copyright font as its barely readable

Other than that its really simplistic. I can see potential in the header though. Fix that up and it will look great! :)

It's still the same old 3-column portal...forums are nice but for only 9 members you have too many.

The top looks almost exactly like http://boards.ign.com

LOL, that sure is pretty "inspired."

LOL, saw that coming. :p

Nice forums but, very default-like though.

Mist: I will look into those things when I get home (I'm in Phoenix at the moment). Thanks for the suggestions.

Filburt1: I'm up to 27 members already. I've started over from an existing site, so this will continue to grow pretty quickly.

bensonfactor: If you're trying to imply that it's a rip, that's not the case. I made all my graphics (except for the vB graphics) from scratch. :) I'm willing to admit, though, that it's inspired. :)

Lord Dexter: Default isn't always such a bad thing.

You're definently right, but it's nice to add your own touch to things. :)

But it's never always necessery. :)
