[DONE] Unable to view Code Hack forums

I'm not seeing any posts in the Code Hack forums other than the "Read this first" post. The other forums are showing up fine.

I'm trying to view a specific thread in the Full Release forum, and when I click on it from the search window, I get this page:
"You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:" etc.

I've already logged out and back in again. Made no difference.

Willa, to download hacks and get support you will need to go to this (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

Yep. Been there, done that about four times already. It shows my email already on the list as the owner. Each time, I get this message:

"All details updated successfully!"

Am I missing something?

The form is case-sensitive. Make sure you're using a capital W (after looking at your profile that's what your e-mail address uses).

My bad! I actually only needed to update the email addy to all lowercase, which is the correct format for my account. I reset it - and all is well now. Thanks so much for your help.
