whene i want tak backup with vb controlpanle my db it is 150 mb but they can not why

how ican tak backup and fikxs the problem

PHP is timing out. This is why the backup option via the Admin CP is not a reliable option. The only reliable method of backing up and restoring a database is with shell access via telnet or ssh. Please see the instructions here:

thankes for answer but my server idont have telenet and shh
i have tryed som anther pro but they can not give c db and i have try to backup with phpmyadmin

but it is very big db 156 mb :) tak long time and not sur they work

have anther way for tak backup

Nope, sorry. I recommend moving to a host that allows ssh at the very least. Otherwise your only option is to ask your current host to make the backups for you.
