View Full Version : ARRRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHH! What's wrong here??? Ugh.

This should be simple, but somehow it isn't.

I am always trying to make my site compatable with Netscape and INternet Explorer, but it can often be hard . . . and the thing is -- I prefer Netscape! So it majorly irritates me when something works correctly in Netscape, but not in IE, or vice cersa.

This thing just won't work correctly in Netscape, but shows up fine in Internet Explorer. What can I do? It should be simple to find, but somehow, it is elusive to me! Could someone help me please?

what exactly doesn't show up right and in which version of which browser?

If you visit http://www.metrodancecenter.com in both Internet Explorer and Netscape, you will see what I mean. That is the best way to demonstrate.

In Internet Explorer it looks like it should, but In Netscape, there's huge "gaps" on either end of the links area of the "Information" spot.

Netscape 7.

But also, upon testing it on Macintosh Internet Explorer, and Macintosh Netscape, neither one shows as it should. So why does it show correctly only on Window's Internet Explorer? Or are the others showing correctly and Windows Internet Explorer making a mistake?

have you tried in the <td> tag doing a valign="top"?
