How can it be that the script license cost 80$ or more ?
can i get it to something i can pay without living without food the whole next month ?

Food costs that much per week. Sorry, but if you want a professionally-developed, professionally-supported product you have to pay for it. Hosting is even more than the leased license's cost of $85/year.

it's a professional product and programmers want to be able to get food for their product.

if you want a bulletin board for free, you have to go to phpbb or something like.

No one is forcing you to buy it. Just use one of the free alternatives if you don't think vB is worth the price.
