you know the background on the board stays still and forums move , how do you keep the background still and the forums move what do i have t alter in control panel ?

Just put this in your Body-Tag (Admin CP -> Styles Modify -> Page Layout):

background="yourbackground.gif" bgproperties="fixed"

That should work! :)
