Board not loading...

I installed the "welcome panel" hack (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=33477), and I edited my php.... We'll, I noticed, SOMETIMES, the board wont load, and the links to the forums bring you to a page that wont load. Did I mess up my PHP when I was editing it? Here is what it is now:

don't attach or post full vB files!

You may need to download the tutorial, and make sure I edited it right. It coulda just been my internet that was making the pages load weird. Thanks!

Thanks! So far so good with loading, even for me now. Hopefully it was just my internet.
