Is there a tutorial system comparable to PixelJunction's system?

You may want to email Dan Coleman about maybe being able to get a copy.

If you mean if there is something similar, I did a quick check in the Hacks Database, and there seems to be no "Tutorial" Database Entry.

Your best bet would be to email Dan Coleman and to research about what he is doing with the script.

*Note: I'm not sure if he is giving away the script for free, or paid, that you will have to find out by emailing him.

You are very welcome to request this in the request forum, but I would guess this would of been requested a number of times.

Yes Neo here coded it up exclusively for PJ. He did an excellent job but i'm informed its still in beta :)

I emailed both Dan and PJ's webmaster but neither responded. It seems like a nice system, and I'd probably be willing to pay for it if it comes out of beta.

What i mean by beta is it's beta on PJ's site and not finished - i doubt very much if neo will market it. I'll ask him when he's online next :)

Dan (Neo) is currently quite busy with his personal right life now. However after talking with him the script is still buggy. If you wish to express a definate interest then give me a PM and i'll let him know ;)
