Ahh, annoying spammer

My boards getting constantly hit by an annoying spammer. sighning up, posting tons of crap and leaving a trail of destruction.

What can I do to HELP combat this? Any ideas?

Im looking for a user registration authentication system, where by one of my mods can vet all newly registered users before they are allowed to post.

Is there any hacks available that can do this?

Any other suggestions. Btw, dynamic IP, and hes on freeserve, so I cant just block a block of IPs.

Such a system already exists in vB ("moderate new users").

I released a mod at vBT (http://www.vbulletintemplates.com/mods/) though that automatically bans spammers who flood your board. Try that out.

Excellent. Ok, moderate new users is on, can only admins do this or can mods do it too?

Lastly, i cant find the mod on your boards... any help? :)
