i am sorry, i did not know where to post this...if there is a better place, please move it. this may be an idiot question, but i'm new, so i hope you'll forgive me.

there are several hacks in which a user's avatar can be displayed in places other than the threads (for example the "stylin' buddy list" hack and the "avatar on forum home" hack).

is there any way to resize it just in these areas in order to save real estate? i really like the buddy list hack, but the size of the avatars on the board (at 100x100) is too large to make this practical.

if there is a way or a hack to resize the dimensions (say, set the width at "50") so that the avatars in the threads still show at 100x100, but the avatars in the buddy list on on the home page show at a max dimension of 50 wide?

any help would be appreciated.

thank you

it never fails...

you wrack your brain for hours and the instant you ask for help, it occurs to you how to fix the problem....

very simple matter of adding width="50" to the usercp.php file for the buddy list and the index.php file for the forum home...

hey, i'm slow...:)

doing this really makes Velocd's Stylin' Buddy List (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=42927&highlight=buddy+list) hack wonderful and practical.
