I found this website that is an Invision Board that has exactly the same colors minus the forum outline. Here is the site (http://www.rideworld.com/boards/)

The only thing I see similar there are the colors.

Since when is the choice of about 5 colors copyright?

I think I have a skin on my forum that uses similar colors to vbulletin.org. They go together nicely.

edited to say: Actually, the category heading is the same image, which could pose a copyright problem. For some reason the category background wasn't coming up for me before.

If the category background used here is part of a distributed image pack though, there's not really a problem. I still don't see a huge rip going on.

It uses a similar scheme of colours but this is no way a rip.
