Has anybody else noticed that every once in a while the top banner doesn't show up on your board? This happens to me every once in a while, and in fact it's happening right now here on vBulletin.org (not to be confused with http://vb.org LOL!). It's weird though, and I don't know why it happens. Is it because there are a lot of people on or something? There's 75 people on right now as I post this...

As I was going down to hit submit, I noticed that smilies don't show either. Just the pirate and banana one lol. Weird.

Probably not. I use IE 6.0... At first I thought maybe I hacked something wrong, but then I noticed it on other vB's, then HERE! lol

So I thought maybe it was an issue. I use a cable modem too...

It works fine for me too. I've never had this problem on any board :)
