SQL Database Error Page Ban and Multiple Banning Options Hack

What this hack does:

This hack displays a fake database error page to banned users in the Database Error Banned usergroup.

This hack then implements the standard IP ban page for maybe temporarily banned users, and the dreaded "404" page. (Remember to read above regarding the 404 hack). If the user is logged in, regardless if they have been IP banned, you will be able to specify what screen they will see. This also lets you specify the IP ban error that will be displayed (if the user is logged in at the time) and if not, the standard IP ban notice will be displayed. So you can now use as many ban hacks as you want easily by modifying the code below. This is hardly a hack, but I didn't see it done yet (except for the 404 error part as mentioned above), so here it is.

It shouldn't take any more than 5 minutes to install.

This one is especially good when your users know about the SQL error screen (Unless of course you have never screwed up your board LOL!). They will see it and think "hehehe" and think nothing of it.

A lot of banning hacks, yes. But what you really should do is tell the person installing to replace 666, 667, and 668 with the apporpriate usergroupids. ;)

That's in the text file... What do you mean? Do you mean userid's? It's easier to just have a group to move the people into. That way you don't have to make a whole new "else if" for each user...
