Why can't I download an attached file?

I tried to download attached file (PluhNews hack) but I cannot... I'm logged in and everything but it said that I don't have permission?!

Oh... I accidently entered a wrong email address on http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php url... Now it works...
