"by city and country" search in the advance search option

Many of my members have been asking me if it is possible to have a "by country", preferably "by city and country", search in the advance search option. Is there a hack for that? I came across this one, can I use it for this http://www.vbulletin.org/hacks/index.php?s=&action=showhack&hackid=177
