Is it possible to place "users online" from off site? also is it possilbe to place total posts and thread of a defined thread and "newpostsincelastvisit?"

is possible and how?

Everything is possible.

But in order to get support to vbulletin you need to own a valid license for it.

NetAgent, to download hacks and get support you will need to go to this (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

Yes, we do; technically it's just integrated into the forums themselves.

This is bad? We're asking for license information to show that you have a valid license so support can be provided.
