Use Forum Name to start a page

Is it possible to modify vBulliten so that when you click on the name of a forum it goes to another webpage instead opening a forum.

In other words, if I create a forum in one of my categories called "2003 Motorsport Weekend" , can I direct that to "http://www.zzzz.com/2003Weekend.html" , when a user clicks on it?
