Porn spammers... GRRRR

I've had a problem with people signing up at my forums and spamming porn... with different ips every time so i can't just ip ban them..
I just wanted to ask if any of you have had similar problems with your forums and what you did to get rid of the spammers..

It's starting to get really annoying.. I can't be around all day and neither can my other admins.. This morning when i woke up i had to delete 70+ messages from some stupid spammer :mad:

Yes many people have had this problem. Witch is the reason vbulletin released 2.3.0 RC3

It has a image verification system to stop spam bots from signing up.

However it requires GD to be installed on your server.

GD somehow stands for an image library.

I'm writing an antibot template mod, check out vBT.

@geezaa: GD alone doesn't help anything.
you have to upgrade to vb2.3.0 and enable the GD image protection in your acp :)
