Preventing flooding

Hi:

I would like some hack suggestions to prevent flooding of posts in our forums. I set the flood check to 90 seconds, and am relucatnt to set it higher as our moderators are usually on the boards and need to reply to many posts quickly.

I am wondering whether a hack exists that simply prevents posting duplicate posts in forums. If the post is identical to another post, it will generate a warning or will simply not work.

Isn't a duplicate feature already in vbulletin? My forums won't let you post the same message twice, i use no hacks.

There's time limits on searching, editing, deleting, and almost everything else available to set in vb3 :D
