My First Few Questions

Ok, I'm new to this board and I've searched for some cool hacks, but I have a few questions I'd like to ask before I try anything. They are:

1.) I currently have vB 2.3.0, but so far I haven't seen a hack made for that version yet. What's the best way to do a search for these hacks for version 2.3.0?

2.) I'm particularly looking for a decent Quick Reply hack without the smilies and a hack to change the way the link "Report this post to a moderator | IP: Logged" is positioned by default -- I want it positioned like that of vBulletin.com Where do I find these hacks for vB 2.3.0???

well, if it doesn't say 2.3.0 specific doesn't mean hacks won't work on your version

most hacks from 2.2.2 up to 2.2.9 work on your version.

Just what do I have to modify within the Template to do what I asked for? I'm no programmer, sorry.

1/ Most of the hacks here should be compatible with vb 2.3.0. It's normally just a mistake made when replacing or adding code that leads to people believing the hacks aren't compatible.

2/ There is a quick reply hack released here (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=34597) but i released a hackless version in the 'Template Modifications' forum if you would prefer that.

3/ I can show you how to position the IP / Report links under the sig if you wish?

Yes, Mist, please kindly show me how to position the links under the sig, even if there's no sig, to have it displayed as shown in the attachment (example).
