Intruder Detection ?

Hello everybody !

I?ve just a short question and will not make much words about it:

Is there any hack available to implement an intruder detection in vB 2.2.8 or above ?

I?m looking for a system, that locks an user-account for a period of time when there were a number of unsuccessful login attempts.
Just for security purposes.

Any help would be appreciaited.

Well there's a hack to *LOG* failed log-in attempts...
