Buddy's Displayed on profile

hi i got what i thinks a cool idea, i was wondering if it'd be possible to have a link to your buddy's profiles on your profile?

but i don't think it's a good idea. not every user wants that everybody knows who he has on his buddylist..

good idea, but hey they could always remove em as theirs not much call for the feature on my forums atm

yeah, you are rihgt, the buddyfeature should be used more, but it has it's advantages (pm to buddies for example) so i'd say you should not implement such a public list for showing buddies because of the privacy issues of your users....

very true, would there not be a way to have it in your options whether or not to display buddies on your profile?

hmm, yes, then it would be ok, it would make the hack a bit more complicated but acceptable :)

there was a hack called whobuddies instead of listing names in that hack maybe it should like profile links would be better
