Is this DB Transfer possiable?

I would like to transfer my forum to my computer sever. Im using phptriad. How could i transer from my host DB to my computers DB?

you could always just use your php my admin, export it to your desktop then install phpmyadmin on your computer and install it in a similar fashion, another alternative would be using ssh
