Small request

This is for thread ratings. The standard way in vb is allow thread ratings per usergroup, and on/off per forum.....

but, under forum permissions:
Use Custom Settings for each usergroup, there is no setting for voting permissions.

So... would it be possible to have a setting under forum permissions, custom settings to allow:

Can rate threads: Yes: No:
