It's hard to understand what you mean. Did you upgrade from 2.2.5 to 2.2.9? Did you change servers? Did you restore a backup of your database? What did you do exactly?

maybe you've installed a hack incorrectly
reupload the original vb files and use the reindex function.

acces/announcement and so on are empty because they got never filled......
there is no problem.

the searchengin and so on, are you sure you have enabled searches within your vbulletin options?

Yes iam sur i have enabled searches from my vbulletin options

ther was 710.21 searche but it is empty now
i have tryed reindex it and dum new table but the are stay empty ?!:(

Yes i have upgard from 2,2,5 to 2,2,9 and restore a backup of database

then the db structure might be wrong.
rerun the upgrade scripts so all db-changes would be done again.

Your restore might have screwed up. Or your backup was corrupted. Try again.
