I have been playing with my forum for days now trying to get these images to work, I got the 1 pixel lines to work above the header bars and such...but how did this guy get these images above and BELOW each category header, and below the topics...

Can someone write the line of code that was used to get the 3 images together like that for each one...
I am sure I am not the only one who would like to know how to do this perfectly...thanks!
