Is there a way to hide a thread? What I want to do is make it so if a moderator or super mod come across a thread that contains something questionable, they can hide it until it can be checked out by the admin, instead of just deleting it or moving it.

Look in the Admin Options box for 'Edit Thread'. Then uncheck 'Show Thread'. This puts the thread into the Moderator queue.

The profile birthday was fixed here before they upgraded to 2.2.8. It will show that date for any birthday before January 1, 1970 until they fix it again. ;)
Sebastian - How old did you think I was? And your age?
Steve - Was I right about your age? ;)

When did you turn 50? I thought I read on vb.com you were 48. I guess I'm the one who has to say "Sir" now, huh? ;)

September 3rd is my birthday. I like anything computer-related if you need gift suggestions. :D

Ahh, 4 1/2 months older than me. I feel so young and impetuous now. Thank you. ;)
I guess I can stop making payments on the car I had picked out for you, then. I do have this coupon from CompUSA for a free mousepad with any purchase over $5 (USD), will that work? :)

Steve - Well, since we seem to be the oldest ones here (as far as I know, anyway), next September 3rd, we will make up for all of that. If us old guys can't take care of one another, we sure as hell can't expect the young 'uns to. ;)
Serge - You are old compared to alot of them here.

Dave.
PS: Anyways back on topic; cool. I didn't know you could do that.
