Hello,
I need make such multi-language forum with vBulletin :
1) code page "utf-8" for each forum-html-page (for possibility to write symbols from many languages in one time);
2) forum-interface (and forum-"HELP" ) in several languages (english, french, german, italian, russian) as option for forum-user
??
Is it possible?
How to do it?
Which version of vB I need?

with vb3 it's possible to change the language without changing the style of the board :)

Xenon...
Do you know whether VBulletin 3 will offer a Russian language pack??
Or.. does it just offer viewing support for the Russian language (and other languages) so that a user does not have to change the settings in his or her browser to be able to view the foreign text??
Thanks,
Khashyar
P.S. IF anyone knows of a Russian language template for vbulletin, I would appreciate if they could point me in the right direction. Thanks (I have been looking for a Russian language template, but absolutely cannot find one)

About UTF-8 read here: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?p=557085#post557085
I would want to have forum names language dependent, is it possible to do so?
