Announcement?

Is there to create a possibility to each moderator its own Announcement for its forum can?
And to also even modify can?

Because how I can only the Admin saw such create!

Because that would be much better!

Right now only Admins can add announcements...but it would be quite easy to make a hack to allow Moderators to do it as well.
Anyone want to have a shot at it?
