Questions about VB Hacks

Hi I got some questions about VB Hacks before I purchase VB.

One is are there any good classified and store hacks with VB.

My next question is about portal hacks (such as VBHome, VBIndex, VB Portal, etc.) Does any have zoned news sections with them. I.e. on your site, you can have a section for one thing, and a section for another. And with these sections can you make users able to choose the sections they want to see. That's my questions. Hmm, zoned news, i don't know if any of the portal systems have such a feature, but i'm sure it shouldn't be too hard to do..

There is a Classifieds module that works with vBPortal.

The zone issue is a big issue for me. Is there anyway I could get help making this happen? Or just wait for the big three to make that feature happen?
