hi most sites I see are running VB. I'm running a ClarkConnect with Red Hat Linux-powered Web server w/ Apache.
What files are needed to install and run vBulletin on this server.
thank you
all you need to run vb is apache, mysql, and php, you get the actual files when you buy vb

besides vb are you talking about apache, mysql, and php also??
Do I buy vb from http://www.vbulletin.com??
And is this site and http://www.vbulletin.com one in the same or two totally different sites?
thanks

vB.org and vB.com are separate sites, owned by separate people, for slightly different purposes. :)
Yes, mysql and php is needed - you can run vB off non-apache servers.

php and mysql are free for download
vb can be ordered on vb.com, after the purchase was correct, you'll get a licence number and password and can download a zip fil with all vb files inlcuding, the board, the admin files and moderatorfiles
