I'm switching my db from vBulletin 2.2.9 to UBB.threads 6.2.2. What I want to transfer my vbulletin board into the ubb.threads board and was wondering if anyone new how this can be done. I tried searching for hack, but could only find ones that went the other way. Any Help would be appreciated.

you will probably need to ask the ubb people for an import script from vbulletin to UBB threads.

I have a script that I got from their board, but it's not working correctly. I thought that maybe someone here has either done the switch or worked with both products and could point me in the right direction.

you surely won't find help here for going away from vb...

you have to ask at ubb for support if the hack doesn't work correctly

You've missunderstood me here.
it's not like Chevy vs. Ford.
There are no rules not to help anyone to switch over from vb to ubb (at least AFAIK) but, on a vb board normally you won't find anyone using a vb an write a converter to another board software.
that's why i'm sure that you won't find help..

Xenon was just being realistic... who would write an export script for vBulletin? Surely that's the importer's job.

Why anyone would prefer UBB in front of vBulletin is beyond me though, but of course I'm extremtely biased. :D

BMW! :p
