new Header

I woud like my website to have a header such like

warcraftforums.com

or zelaron.com warcraft style

the like

site title up here
------------------------------
---------/ info here

what template do i edit to change this from the normal image and buttons . i would also like something like vbulletins but i dun know where to go to change it.. any help appreciated.. thanks

It's the 'header' template.

for some reason i had

but i reverted to original and now i see it.. thanks
