How come i try to view an attatchment and i keep getting the 'you dont have permission' page?`

You havent entered your email into the allowed users page or you dont own a valid vBulletin license.

FCKUR, to download hacks and get support you will need to go to this (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page)

Is that why I can't PM any moderators? I'm been browsing around these boards, so I can suggest to some vbulletin boards that I'm registered to install this hack or that hack...but I have been running into trouble.

From what I get, this forum is intended only for licensed owners of vbulletin, but you don't have to show proof that you are an owner to register in the first place. But yet you can't do anything unless you are an owner. Hm.

the only real way to find out if you own a license is after you register... thats why you have to register first.

if you do own vb then CLICK HERE (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/forums.php) and enter your license information, otherwise your membership here is a waste.
