the private betatest should start about next week and the public perhaps one month later, but nobody can say for sure..

Mind you, I've just hacked a major addition into my site, a private points system that incorporates everything from photo gallery, to journals, to sound files... it would be a headache to port over! :)

Indeed. But imagine how much of a headache it will be for less experienced people Erwin. I guarentee that people will take it upon themselves to upgrade hacks to vb3 because many people would have left here long ago.

I'm fairly sure I can port most hacks over to vB3. :) All hacks that I have installed I've incorporated deep into my site by now... it would be impossible to run my site without them, especially the admin ones.

yes, normally all hacks CAN be ported over to vb3, but sometimes you'd have a great work with it ;)

It's just that it will take people time to convert all the hacks here. I'm currently coding three custom hacks for my site. Two by myself and i'm getting help with the third because it's so major. The problem is the more hacks i install the harder its going to be to upgrade to vb3 :(
