2 simple questions...

Is it possible to give some users partial access to the control panel (like to there section only) and the second one being is it possible to show like all of the hosted forums on a seperate page?

1) Don't think so. You might be able to do some stuff with user rights though

2)No idea, but my guess is it's not possible, or by a way I'm not able to think of :)
