#### Poll Restriction by Postcount ####
---- Huh?: User needs X posts before they can vote on a poll
---- Type: Source code modification (very quick and simple one)
---- Status: Final 1.1 - for vBulletin 2.2.9
---- Author: xiphoid (info@creations.nl) (http://www.creations.nl/)
---- Help: Why? This is too simple :P
---- Why did you make this: It was requested here: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=64673 by bromyaur
---- What Changed from 1.0 to 1.1:
* Installer script (code & credits all goto TECK (though changed to my liking))
* Administrator Control Panel Settings
* ACP Setting to turn it ON/OFF
* ACP Setting to set the post limit
* The template is automaticly added to each style set you have
* The Error Template now automaticly shows the (right) set post limit
---- Upgrade instructions are in the attached .zip file (see .txt)

Nice. :) I did something similar to this here, but it was just a tiny code change and doesn't give a specific error message (just standard no permission):

I searched for your hack, but couldn't find it, so wrote my own. It is so simple, but.. oh well :) hehe
Will this little update make it so:
a use of the ismoderator function:
If the user is a moderator (or supermod and admin), he will see another option on the "add poll" screen. This will be:
Minimum posts required to vote on this poll.
Also, it should be so the thread starter can vote on the poll regardless of his/her post count.
If this isn't in the update (which I doubt it will), maybe you could make an addon for the hack which does so? I'd really appreciate it :D. Thanks.

Xiphoid i made a version for this if you'd like to see my code - very similar to my other hacks i released today based on postcounts. I thought i'd not release my version as it would conflict with yours :).

Update:
The hack has been updated to version 1.1
Now it is like it was requested. I consider this complete.
But ofcourse, feel free to release add-ons by attaching your own code to this thread.

What do you mean?
The attachment in the first post is a .zip file which contains the .txt and .php file.

Does v1.1 make it so the thread starter who posts the poll can vote on the poll regardless of postcount + he can set the min. post count in order for users to vote on poll?
