HTML in Post/Thread?

Does anyone know how, or if it is possible, to enable HTML in just one post/thread? I have a forum for members to submit pics, and I would like to organize them into one thread. I thought it would look nice to have tables around the pics, with the info about the pic. Anyone know if this is possible?

And also, is it possible to disable the "Edited by" in just one thread?

I also found a better way, here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=48586 Lets just admins use html, so I won't have members using tables around anything. :D
