Ok here is the idea...I dunno if it was made so here it goes...

On forums, say when a Private forum is made...and you want to give access to those that can view the forum...

well, say you got other admins on there, and they dont tell you sometimes who can see the private stuff, or they forget...

now you wanna know who has permission to see a specific forum, private or public (obviously ne1 can see public)....

so you click a link or button in the Admin CP to see who has permission to see the private forum(s)...

is this hack around or maybe some1 can make it...this would be good on large forums with alot of admins and so on...

checking the usergroups is already implemented, and if you have enabled accessmask, you can use a hack by firefly i think.

hmmm, sometimes admins can manually give a user access to a forum without changing their permission though...

this is what i wanna see, is say a register'd user was secretly given access to a private forum, well i wanna see who can view those forums, or just any forum.

the best thing to do is do what was already suggested... make a custom usergroup, put all the users you want to have access to whatever forum and you can see who has access to XXX forum by looking at the group in the admin cpanel. Really, its the best solution.

hmmm, we are on seperate pages i think....

ive made a forum, made its on user group for it...

BUT, if another admin on the forum, edits a users access mask and gives them ability to view the "hidden" forum, I wanna be able to know who is viewing the forums...whether its a registered member, a admin, or the select user group.
