user can't choose avart

I had prob. with avart, every user try to choose one but it's not working
somebody adivse me to change admin/function.php but I cn't cuz I had alot of changes

so can somebody help me on that ?

I'm no expert here, but did you CHMOD the images folder to 777?

How can anyone help you at all? You haven't provided any information. Just revert your members.php back to default and see if it works.
