Running your site via admin panel

I was just wondering..

A freind @ http://www.wutangdynasty.com made his own admin panel, and integrated it into phpbb, Is there anything like this released?

I know theres vb home, vb portal, n all that stuff.. Would there be any way to incorperate the following INTO thoughs portals:

Mp3 pages
Artist database
Reviews database
Links database
News database


???

I think with the webtemplate hack by logician, you can achive a lot of these things, but not sure as i don't use any released portal systems

What i meant to say was..

Have it so say in the admin panel, there was a section called "Mp3s" you click the mp3 link, put the content in, click save, go to ur homepage, and the info is there. That sorta thing..

Well...

You could create a .php file (say mp3.php), and make it call a template (say mp3page)...Then just create a template (mp3page) and enter what you want in it:)
