View Full Version : "Find MY Posts"

I may be overlooking the obvious (always possible) :classic:

What I want is a link on the index page, as well as on the forum lists threads pages -- a link that says "Get My Posts" -- or "Find Your Own Posts" -- and clicking on it would do something similar as "View New Posts" except it would only do it for the particular member that is logged in... the one doing the clicking. So if I'm SFishy, I would click on "Get My Posts" and it would return all my own posts to me. (Yes, I know I could go to view my own profile and then click on the magnifying glass, but that's not exactly what I want).

Also, another cool feature is "View posts with 0 replies" -- another search that would bring up all threads that have no answers yet.

Both of these are features of phpBB -- Is there a way vBulletin does it too that I'm just missing? I love VB and have been using it a long time!

Thanks!

Both hacks shouldn't be too tough. Although I'm not no Xenon when it comes to adding hacks, this should be easy enough to give it a shot.

Logik,

THANKS!! -- I already stuck it on my board and works like a charm...

Question: When you do a search on posts it pulls up the search results page with a small preview of each post... is there a way to strip the VBCode out of those search results? I've searched around here for the answer, but haven't been able to find it.

Thanks again...
